The DREAM BIG Team is composed of Independent Life Skill Coaches that have a passion and desire to see our clients succeed and become productive, active members of the community in which they live. We aim to significantly improve our clients’ ability to live independently while maintaining th​eir quality of life.

Denise has been in the field for over 30 years. After getting her BSW, she went on to ​develop the Family Restoration Program at East County Transitional Living Center. After 8 years of working with the homeless population, Denise returned to doing what she loves by helping people with disabilities overcome obstacles that stand in their way of independence. After starting DREAM BIG ILS in 2019 she continued on to become a Licensed Rapid Transformational Therapists and is currently working on her clinical therapist license. Her desire is to have an agency where all who participate have an excellent relationship with their ILSC as they work towards their goals of independence. Denise believes in having fun and wants to create a positive, welcoming environment for staff and clients to be apart of.

Christina has a life of experience in interacting with the disabled community and was very eager to help the agency when DREAM BIG was formed. From typing the annual reports and helping staff with any administrative paperwork they require assistance with to providing support to clients to accomplish their goals, Christina is always happy to help! Christina's background was originally in Supportive Living Services in Oakland, CA, where she learned how to provide comprehensive and compassionate care for her clients all around the Bay Area. She brings her passion for helping others to not only the clients she serves, but to all staff members who may have any technical or administrative concerns. In her spare time, Christina enjoys tending to her house plants and relaxing with her cuddly gray cat, Freya.
